A Piece of My Story
I’m Elly,
A free-spirited Mumma raising my kids close to nature and choosing a slower, more intentional way of living.
But it wasn’t always like this.
As a teenager, a doctor told me I had anxiety and depression. He suggested antidepressants, but something in me knew there had to be another way. I didn’t want to numb it. I wanted to understand it.
That decision pulled me onto a completely different path. I became a yoga teacher, massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, and nervous system practitioner.
This reset is an invitation to come back into your body, into your own wisdom, and learn how to return when life pushes you off balance.
